Is there a fee for your services?

Yes. These fees may be paid by the following funding sources:

  • County funding
  • Medical Assistance
  • Department of Rehabilitation Services
  • School districts, or
  • You may pay for services privately

How soon can I start?

Our intake process typically takes two to four weeks from start to finish. This may vary depending on how quickly we receive items like documentation of your funding source, and paperwork from your doctor. You can help shorten the process by making sure you return any requested forms as quickly as possible.

How long will it take to find a job?

Finding the right job depends on many factors. Timing can vary widely depending on the economy, the type of job you’re looking for, and what’s available in communities near you. While you are looking for a job, we will continually support you by helping you access work and training opportunities to build your skills.

Do you have a waiting list for services?

No, we do not use a waiting list. If we are currently unable to offer services that match your specific needs, you will have the option of remaining on our referral list. You will be then contacted when a match becomes available.

What hours are you available?

Our availability is tailored to the needs of our programs. Most of our programs operate during regular business hours. This includes day activities, assistance with daily living skills (Supported Community Living), and vocational training.

However, hours in our employment area are tailored to the needs of our clients and employers. We regularly support clients who work evenings or weekends.

Do you provide transportation?

You will need to provide your own transportation to our facilities, or to your job in the community. However, we are available to help you arrange transportation through public transit, taxi service or other means.

Do you provide housing?

No, we do not providing housing or residential services. However, through our Supported Community Living program, we can help people look for housing.
