Don't miss this public celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) on the courthouse steps. The Winneshiek County board of supervisors will sign a proclamation of recommitment to full implementation of the ADA, followed by several speakers and an anniversary cake.

Speakers will include State Representative John Beard, State Senator Mary Jo Wilhelm, U.S. Senator Chuck Grassley’s Regional Director Valerie Nehl, Dubuque Assistant to U.S. Senator Tom Harkin Linda Lucy, Decorah Mayor Don Arendt, and Community Advocate Alice Holdiman.
