Book reading/signing October 29

Decorah Public Library will host a book reading/signing and publication party for From My Perspective: Essays about Disability on Thursday, October 29, at 6:30 pm in the library mezzanine.

Essay authors will read selections from their work, sign copies of the book and talk about their experience developing their material through a writing workshop with Luther College professor Rachel Faldet. Faldet and coeditor Kris Schanilec will also be on hand to talk about the book project.

From My Perspective is available for purchase at the Luther College book store, Decorah Chamber of Commerce, and Spectrum Thrift Store (Cresco), and The Spectrum Network. Call 563-382-8401.
