Deb Schott has been the Executive Director since November 2011. Prior to assuming her new role with The Spectrum Network, Deb consulted on financial management and internal controls with the Iowa City VA Medical Research Foundation, taught business courses at various colleges, and held leadership positions within several nonprofit organizations. She has extensive experience in operations, accounting, compliance, and auditing within private, publicly traded, and nonprofit organizations.

Deb possesses a BA in Accounting & Management from Upper Iowa University, a MBA in Organizational Development from Upper Iowa University and a PhD in Organization and Management with a concentration in General Business from Capella University. She also has certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).

Kathy has over 10 years of service with The Spectrum Network. She manages the Adult Day Services and Supported Community Living (SCL) programs.

Cathy has over 10 years of service with The Spectrum Network. She is the first point of contact for prospective clients. She manages clients' service plans, and ensures compliance with government and other regulations. Cathy also oversees the Job Skills Training program, which provides on-the-job training for clients through the Spectrum Thrift Store contracted work, and other opportunities.
