Since 2002, Toni has led The Spectrum Network through a major shift in focus—from a "sheltered workshop" style of operation, to a network of resources and supports that help clients live and work independently. With this transformation, the organization changed its name to The Spectrum Network in 2006.

Toni has spearheaded several major advancements, including development of the ReCompute program, and renovation and expansion of the organization's headquarters in Decorah.

A native of Newton, Iowa, Toni received her B.A. in English from the University of Iowa. She holds an M.A. in Teaching from DePauw University in Indiana, and an M.A. in Counseling from the University of Ohio.

Kathy has over 18 years of experience in the human services field. She manages the Adult Day Services and Supported Community Living (SCL) programs.

Betsy has over 10 years of service with The Spectrum Network. Her team of employment specialists in the Employment Services program work with clients to help them find and retain jobs.

Cathy is the first point of contact for prospective clients. She manages clients' service plans, and ensures compliance with government and other regulations. Cathy also oversees the Job Skills Training program, which provides on-the-job training for clients through the Spectrum Thrift Store contracted work, and other opportunities.

Cyndi manages accounting and human resources. A graduate of Luther College with a double major in accounting and economics, Cyndi brings over 20 years of experience to the organization.
